Community Involvement

In our ongoing efforts to be a positive corporate citizen we partner with local non-profits as often as we can. We have provided numerous thermoformed parts for schools, churches, and other non-profit organizations to aid their endeavors.

Some of our partnerships include:

Union High School's marching band, the Renegade Regiment, has incorporated use of thermoformed plastic with their uniforms for multiple years. Similarly, the Berryhill High School marching band, the Brigade, has also used Fiber Pad, Inc. plastic and accessories to enhance their performance wear.

Both of these high school bands and others have been pleasantly surprised by the visual effect created by the vacuum formed plastic pieces. It is a delight to see our products used to enhance the educational and recreational experience of students.

The students of the University of Tulsa's Engineering Department sought to make a lightweight and aerodynamic canopy for their supermileage car. Engineering graduate and undergraduate students designed the car for a mileage competition and Fiber Pad, Inc. was able to thermoform the clear canopy used in the competition.

First United Methodist Church needed new pipe organ flanges so that their worship services could continue accompanied with the beautiful melody of their church organ. Fiber Pad, Inc. was able to outfit the organ with plastic pipe flanges.

TOYSCAPES is active in "venture philanthropy" and supports the operations of non-profits providing an excellent early education to those at risk for school failure. Fiber Pad, Inc. was fortunate to partner with TOYSCAPES on a project to provide them with a plastic thermoformed display for their outstanding Lego exhibits.

Discoveryland! is an outdoor family theater attraction that hosts productions and children's camps. Fiber Pad, Inc. was pleased to have manufactured miniature plastic cowboy hats used to serve ice cream to patrons. Discoveryland! is a true Oklahoma treasure.
